Jaclyn Paxton is a change management professional and technology consultant, working with new and established companies in industries such as logistics, manufacturing, services, printing, and media.
She was trip-wired into training, technology, and implementation in 2003 on her first civilian job. Hired as a receptionist but in just 4 months playing an active role in implementing and then teaching the company's new ERP system. She went on to design and facilitate the first global product school served as the primary contact on all items related to IT.
In 2010 she was asked to attend a breakfast meeting to talk about best hiring practices when she was trip-wired again into consulting. One explosion led to another and over the course of only 3 months she had a full client roster and was traveling to help companies implement technology and streamlining processes.
Jaclyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and an Associate’s Degree in IT/Networking. She is a certified green belt in Six Sigma and a HubSpot Solutions Provider.
After 4 years serving in the United States Marine Corps as a field wireman, Training NCO, and Security Chief, Jaclyn began actively volunteering to help veterans transfer their military skills to post-service employment.
Her passion is alignment and simplification in ourselves, our business, and our lives. This drive is what produced The ANBRWY Podcast. Because who we are impacts greatly what we do in the world.
